We are one of the major consulting companies in Indonesia, focusing on Enterprise Architecture, IT strategy, and IT governance. We are seeking the right candidate to fulfil an Account Manager position.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship.
- Finding, creating opportunities and developing prospective leads to be qualified opportunities and close the deal.
- Responsible for the agreed sales target.
- Accurately track and generate timely sales reports for presentation to management.
- Direct and manage the sales process from beginning to closing.
- Provide the lates information regarding the needs of new/existing clients.
- Analyze and provide information/solutions/alternative products/ services according to customer needs.
- Support and lead the admin team to prepare administrative documents during the tender process.
- D3/S1 all majors.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Excecutive/Account Manager (preferred in the field sales of IT consultants or IT solutions).
- Have experience working in the field of account management preferably in BUMN or in the public/government sector.
- Have good customer service skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem resolution skills to achieve win-win situations.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to work in a team environment and independently.
- Have good attitude, honesty, sense of responsibility, integrity, and good interpersonal skill.
- Have a strong business acumen, decision-making skill, and problem-solving skill.
